BIRTHDAYS & PARTIES

Have a special occasion coming up? Let us host your next birthday party or other celebration!  Party bookings are available for pre-packaged parties.

Book your party through Halifax MyRec or by visiting our Welcome Desk.

To book online, visit www.halifax.ca/myrec, sign in or create an account.

  • Select “Program Registration” on the top menu bar.
  • Under Parties and Events, click “Pool Party”.
  • Choose Party Package A, B or C. The descriptions are listed on the page.
  • Click your chosen Party Package, scroll to find an available party that works for your schedule and click “Book Now”
  • Review the Party details and then click “BOOK NOW” in the top menu bar.
  • You can then choose the person on your account to book the party under and proceed to the payment screen.

  • DONE! Your party is booked!

 

Pool Parties

Swim, slide, and splash to celebrate your birthday! We offer three different kinds of pool party packages, each with one hour of swimming, followed by one hour in a party room! Each party gets its own exclusive section of the pool. Please note:

  • Participant numbers are limited due to party room size. 
  • Party rooms are available 10 mins. prior to start time. The room may not be fully set up and cleaned until the party starts.

Party Package A - $165.83

  • Takes place in ½ the small, shallow pool (ideal for toddlers and small children).
  • Shared access to blue slide and splash pad.
  • Nova Room available for cake and presents after.
  • Invite up to 15 party guests, and 5 adults to accompany kids to the pool. Total = 20 participants. 
  • Swim for an hour, then continue to the party in a private party room.

Availability: 

  • Saturday 12 - 2
  • Saturday 2:30 - 4:30
  • Every second Saturday 5 - 7 p.m.

Party Package B - $272.44

  • Takes place in ½ the small, shallow pool, and ½ the large pool.
  • Shared access to the blue slide and the splash pad.
  • Exclusive use of the Tarzan rope, rock walls, and green slide.
  • Wyse Room available for cake and presents after.
  • Max of 25 participants. Children under 10 must be accompanied in the water by an adult.

Availability: 

  • Saturday 12 - 2
  • Saturday 2:30 - 4:30
  • Sunday 1:30 - 3:30

Party Package C - $485.65

  • Exclusive access to the entire pool area.
  • Exclusive use of the Tarzan rope, rock walls, green slide, blue slide, and splash pad.
  • Thistle Room available for cake and presents after.
  • Max of 40 participants. Children under 10 must be accompanied in the water by an adult.
  •  Additional people can be added for an additional fee. The fee depends on the number of people added. 

Availability: 

  • Every second Saturday 5 - 7 p.m.
