In this introductory course, youth aged 10-16 will learn how to safely and effectively train with free weights! Participants will learn the principles of weight training specifically in relation to adolescent physiology. Learn the basics of safe, effective training while you create a personalized workout plan specific to your needs, under the guidance of a highly qualified Personal Trainer! Participants will practice basic exercises with a focus on proper alignment, movement, and weight selection, while creating a framework which can be used to create new workouts as their fitness levels change.
