Pay What You Can Memberships Active Now
For those who hold a Pay What You Can Membership (formally a Thrive Membership), your membership is active now. Originally we said PWYC Memberships that expired between the shut down in March through to September 8 would have their memberships reactivated by October 1.
Due to issues with our software, we were not able to follow the original plan. Every Pay What You Can Membership is now active and will be good until the end of December 2020.
Starting January 2021, PWYC Members must have a new referral form submitted to continue their membership in the new year. This applies to every Pay What You Can Member, and can be done anytime between now and the end of the year. Please ask the professional (caseworker, social worker, or community service agency representative) referring you to contact us directly for the form.
