Paid Monthly Annual Membership Important Update
Are you a member on an Annual Paid Monthly Membership? Keep reading- this post contains some important information! We are currently in the process of setting up our annual paid monthly memberships into our new systems. In order for your payments to continue into June, you must add your payment information into your account by May 22nd, 2025. Please log into Xplor (the new system) and add your credit card or banking details that you would like to use for payments. If you need any help, you can contact our welcome desk and they will be able to assist you. If there is no payment method added, your payments will not continue. Thank you.
Busy Parking
The Blue Nose runs in to our facility this weekend and we expect parking to be busy! If you are planning to come to the facility on Friday or Saturday we recommend arriving early to ensure you can find parking! While you're here this weekend, make sure to pop in to the Blue Nose Expo as well and visit our booth!

Our track will be closed at the following times: Sunday, May 18th from 1pm - 6:30pm Friday, May 23rd from 5pm - Close Saturday, May 24th from 5pm - Close Sunday, May 25th from 5pm - Close
Programs
🌷☀ Our Summer 2025 Program Guide is now available! 🌷☀
For the first time ever, we have combined our Spring and Summer programs.
Camp registration and Summer program registration will take place on a new registration platform. Camp registration is on April 8th . Summer program registration is on June 17th. These will both take place on the new platform .
- Residents WITHOUT an active facility membership will need to create a new user profile to register for Summer programs and services
- Residents with an active membership will need to set up a new password and link their payment information to their new profile to complete online transactions.
- Members will be prompted to do this in an email coming from: communication@xplorrecreation.com in the coming weeks
- The registration web page will remain the same
Software Transition
We are undergoing a software trainsition for our registration and membership process. Below is some helpful information to help guide our members through the trainsition.

Please note as well that there is no in-person registration on March 25th and 26th due to this change. There will be no processing of refunds on these days as well. Please ensure you are familiar with our cancellation policy as well as ensure you are picking only the programs you know you or your child can for sure attend
Due to our upcoming software change, the final member only registration will take placeon March 25th. After April 1st, members will unfortunately not have early registration access. Members will still receive member pricing on all programs.

Adult Swimming Lessons
After the software change, everyone, including non-members will be able to book the above services 7 days in advance.
