  • Cardio Combo - Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 9:30 a.m.
  • Spin with Jim - Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 5:30 p.m.
  • Yoga - Wednesdays @ 12 p.m.
  • Chair Fit - Thursdays @ 10:30 a.m.
  • Chair Yoga - Thursdays @ 11:30 a.m.
All classes will be streamed live on Facebook. If you miss the live, the video of the class will still be available to follow!
