Spring is the perfect time to reset, try something new, and find movement that feels good. Our fitness workshops are designed for all fitness levels - whether you’re brand new, returning after time away, or looking to build confidence in a supportive and welcoming space.
Fitness Workshops include:
Root to Rise: YinYasa Spring Series - This workshop is a 4‑week Yinyasa series designed to help you reconnect with your body, your breath, and your goals for 2026. Each session blends yoga and journaling to help you build confidence and clarity from the inside out!
Women’s Intro to Weight Training - This two‑hour workshop is designed to help women learn the fundamentals, try the equipment, and build confidence in the weight room!
Youth Intro to Weight Training - This workshop is perfect for teens who are curious about the gym but need guidance to get started safely. You’ll learn technique, posture, breathing, and how to use equipment with confidence - focused on building skills that last. A great first step into strength training!
Functional Fitness for Beginners - If the gym feels overwhelming, this class is your soft landing. You’ll learn foundational movements (squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling) with proper form and zero pressure!
Stretch to Win - If your body’s been asking for a little more care, this is a great place to start. This one‑hour class blends stretching, mobility work, and mindful movement to help ease tension and improve posture!
Aging Gracefully - This class is all about moving with confidence today and for years to come. Aging Gracefully focuses on joint‑friendly exercises, fall prevention, and functional strength that supports everyday life. If you’ve been looking for a gentle way to stay active, this is it!
