FREE REC & COMMUNITY ACCESS PROGRAM

To us, community access means everyone has an opportunity to take advantage of recreation for the good of their mental, physical, and spiritual health. Part of our commitment to community is ensuring we offer programs and services for all ages, abilities, and walks of life.

Check out the calendar below and join us at the Zatzman Sportsplex during these free play opportunities. Any questions about community access at the Zatzman Sportsplex? Contact Cara at mcinnic@halifax.ca.

Our walking / running track is in the Zatzman Sportpslex arena and access to the track is free for use on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday. If you do not have a membership to the Sportsplex, Monday, Friday, and Saturday will have a drop-in fee of $5.

Due to restrictions from COVID-19, you must book your time to walk or run on the track ahead of schedule through HRM MyRec.

Our full track schedule is listed here.

Due to COVID-19, we currently are not able to offer our free Zuma class. Please keep watching our socail media for updates on when this program will return!
